I’ve been looking to get some healthy electrolytes for awhile and was very excited to try Wildly Charged. I love the flavors, especially the Citrus Fusion, and enjoy mixing it with around 12oz of water for a stronger flavor. Drinking it in the morning allowed for me to have energy all day, feel hydrated, and avoid cramping especially while playing soccer in the Texas heat and with my general gym workouts.
